About me

Hi, I’m Lindsey! I’m an Austin-based content designer, content strategist, and UX writer with over 13 years of experience leading and creating content for digital products.

Throughout my career, I have driven UX writing, information architecture, and content strategy for a wide range of industries and digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, kiosks, point-of-sale systems, and inflight entertainment systems. My expertise lies in crafting purposeful, user-centered content tailored for any platform and screen size, while ensuring consistency across the entire end-to-end experience.

Beyond just creating content, I serve as a strategic partner in developing intuitive user experiences that drive product usability. I adopt a collaborative approach to content design, working closely with product designers, UX researchers, product managers, product marketers, and engineers to deliver exceptional, world-class products.
