I lead the strategy, development, and execution of content across Clover’s point-of-sale systems, mobile app, and merchant web dashboard, with a specific focus on features supporting Clover's SaaS offerings for restaurant, retail, and service verticals.

The Home Depot — Senior Content Strategist

I owned the development and execution of customer communications across The Home Depot's shopping experience, including email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.

I led content strategy for multiple technology clients, including Google Partner Rewards and Waze Ads. For Waze Ads, I was responsible for the overall content strategy, information architecture, and UX copy for the redesigned website. For Google Partner Rewards, I managed all UX web copy and email communications.

I led the strategy, development, and execution of content across McDonald's global digital products, including the McDonald's mobile app and self-service kiosk. Additionally, I was responsible for creating content guidelines for McDonald's internal design system, McDigital.

I developed social media campaigns and copy for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter (formerly X) for several clients, including ExxonMobil, ASICS, Aveda, Spectrum, and Sunglass Hut.
